I’m have been working with Kingston for two years and during that time he’s become someone the whole team trusts and relies on. Whether it’s delivering his own work on time, stepping in to help others, or improving how we work as a group, Kingston consistently shows up and puts in the effort without needing to be asked.
One thing I’ve really appreciated is how much he’s done to help other team members grow. He’s taken the lead on training new hires, sharing his knowledge in a way that’s approachable and easy to understand. People often go to him with questions, and he’s always willing to take the time to help.
On top of that, Kingston has introduced practical improvements that have made a real difference in our day-to-day work. He built macros that helped speed up repetitive tasks, and he’s also taken on some coding work to support automation and efficiency across our projects. These weren’t things he was required to do but they were things he noticed could be better, and he took the initiative to fix them.
He also regularly volunteers for extra work, even when things are already busy. He’s the kind of person who doesn’t just think about his own role , he thinks about the team as a whole, and how he can contribute to its success. That mindset, combined with his calm, dependable nature, makes him someone people naturally look to for support and guidance.
I truly believe Kingston would make a great team member. I think a formal leadership role would be a natural next step for him. He’s got the skills, the work ethic, and the mindset and I’d happily recommend him for any opportunity that allows him to lead and keep growing.
